Our Service prices are based on stylist experience and expertise in the industry and the experience here at True. All of our stylists have been through the advanced training that we offer here in our salon. We are proud to offer entry level Stylists to Master Stylists and we are committed to continue our education all over the country from San Francisco to New York.

Policies.

24 hr cancellation- a 50% charge of the service may be charged if canceled within the 24 hr notice. No shows may be charged 100% of the service. All appointment cancellations must be made via our main phone number or email.

If for some reason any product that you take home does not work for you, we will be happy to exchange any product within a two week period, with something else that will better meet your needs.

We guarantee we will find something just for you!

Please be considerate of other clients' salon experience and turn off cell phone ringers.

We ask that no children are in the salon without an appointment of their own.

Gratuity is accepted in Cash or Check only.
